Bérenger to Announce His Resignation as Leader of the MMM
In light of strong support for the MMM within the government, Paul Bérenger has reportedly confided to a select group of close associates that he is considering announcing his resignation as leader and member of the MMM. He is also contemplating the launch of a new political party.
Among the historical figures of the MMM, this move is perceived as a tactic of "emotional blackmail" aimed at reversing the situation.
Additionally, Paul Bérenger is reportedly opposed to the idea of a vote in the central committee (CC) to decide on the MMM's continued presence in the government. However, the party's secretariat has already prepared the ballots.
