Resignations: Eight Members of the Youth Militant Leave the MMM
Eight members of the executive of the Youth Militant have announced their resignation from all positions within the Mauritian Militant Movement (MMM) effective immediately. In a letter dated April 14, 2026, addressed to the party's secretary general, the signatories formally announced their departure without specifying the reasons.
Among them are Shehzaad A. Khodaboccus, Brenda Derivière, Salmaan Gafoor, Rais Nudrally, Shaad Chellapermal, Hishaam Ibrahim, Lionel Lajole, and Rooven Murthoo.
