Ministerial Evaluation: PM's Office: A Financial Review Under Close Scrutiny
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team at L'Express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this assessment for 15 years, having rated the ministers from the government of Navin Ramgoolam (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). Conducted by journalists from the group, this evaluation is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of topics, leadership, and ability to propose solutions.
