Ministerial Evaluation: Rajesh Bhagwan (Environment): Urgent Actions to Strengthen Disaster Resilience (Overall Score: 6/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of L'Express is evaluating the performance of ministers. We have been conducting this exercise for 15 years, having rated the ministers from Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the group’s journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, command of issues, leadership, and the ability to propose effective solutions.
