Ministerial Evaluation: Kaviraj Sukon (Higher Education): A Half-hearted Realignment (Overall Rating: 5.5/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of l'express assesses the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this evaluation for 15 years, having rated the ministers from Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This exercise, carried out by the group's journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, understanding of issues, leadership, and ability to propose solutions.
