Ministerial Evaluation: Patrick Assirvaden (Energy and Public Services): Repair, Reform, and Relaunch (Overall Score: 6.5/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change took power, the editorial team at L’Express assesses the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this evaluation for 15 years, having rated the ministers of Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the journalists of the group, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of the issues, leadership, and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
