One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of l'express assesses the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this evaluation for 15 years, having rated the ministers from the Navin Ramgoolam government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the group's journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of issues, leadership, and the ability to propose solutions.
