Ministerial Evaluation: Deven Nagalingum (Youth and Sports): Foundation Launched in Dialogue (Overall Score: 5.5/10)
One year after the rise to power of the Alliance of Change, the editorial team at L’Express has assessed the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this evaluation for 15 years, having rated the ministers from Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This evaluation, carried out by the group’s journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of issues, leadership, and the ability to propose innovative solutions.
