Review After One Year in Power: Minister Evaluation: Gavin Glover Tops the Class

One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team at l’express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this exercise for 15 years, having assessed the ministers of Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This evaluation, carried out by the group's journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of the issues, leadership, and the ability to propose solutions.
