Evaluation of Ministers: Avinash Ramtohul (Technology, Communication and Innovation): A Safer, More Efficient, and More Inclusive Digital Ecosystem (Overall Score: 6.5/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of l'express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this exercise for 15 years, having rated the ministers from the government of Navin Ramgoolam (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the journalists of the group, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of the files, leadership, and the ability to propose solutions.
