Evaluation of Ministers: Gavin Glover, Attorney General: A More Human, Consistent, and Future-Oriented Justice (Overall Rating: 8/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team at L'Express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this assessment for 15 years, having rated the ministers of Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This evaluation, carried out by the group’s journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of their portfolios, leadership, and the ability to propose effective solutions.
