Minister Evaluation: Michael Sik Yuen (Commerce): Tireless Efforts to Support Purchasing Power and Reduce Prices (Overall Rating: 6/10)
A year after the rise to power of the Alliance of Change, the editorial team of l’express assesses the performance of the ministers. We have conducted this evaluation for 15 years, having rated the ministers of the Navin Ramgoolam government (2010–2014) as well as those of the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the group’s journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of issues, leadership, and the ability to propose solutions.
