One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of l'express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this exercise for 15 years, having rated the ministers of Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) and those of the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). Conducted by the group's journalists, this assessment is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of the issues, leadership, and the ability to propose solutions.
