Ministerial Evaluation: Jyoti Jeetun (Financial Services): Renewed Dynamism in a Fragile Context (Overall Score: 5.5/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team of L’Express evaluates the performance of ministers. We have been conducting this exercise for 15 years, having assessed the ministers from the Navin Ramgoolam government (2010–2014) as well as those from the Alliance Lepep (between 2014 and 2024). This assessment, carried out by the group’s journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of subjects, leadership, and the ability to propose effective solutions.
