Ministerial Assessment: Richard Duval (Tourism): Balancing Arrival Growth and Sustainable Transition (Overall Rating: 6/10)
One year after the Alliance of Change came to power, the editorial team at L'Express evaluates the performance of the ministers. We have been conducting this assessment for 15 years, having rated the ministers of Navin Ramgoolam's government (2010–2014) as well as those of the Alliance Lepep (from 2014 to 2024). This exercise, carried out by the group's journalists, is based on four criteria: overall performance, mastery of issues, leadership, and the ability to propose meaningful solutions.
